When I launched my latest project, I pinned all my hopes on Google. I optimized everything, set up the Search Console, and waited for the organic traffic to flow.
The reality has been a stark contrast.
Google is essentially ignoring the site. The data shows a flatline: minimal impressions and only ~300 clicks over a long period. 📉
Yandex, however, is a different story. The Webmaster dashboard shows a massive upward trend, with a reported +500% increase in clicks recently! 🚀
It is a clear case study in algorithmic differences. Yandex is actively crawling, indexing, and rewarding the new content, while Google seems completely unconcerned.
